NYSERDA Grant Application to Develop Elpipes

I filed this grant application aimed at developing elpipes in response to PON 1208. My Assistant & lab manager at the time, Ken Mumby, helped me do a very good job on that, from the address of my company Rethink Technologies. Though that grant application was unsuccessful, it formed the basis for all my subsequent work on elpipes. I used this NYSERDA Grant Application as a template for my Round #1 ARPA-E concept paper on elpipes, which I submitted in Early June 2009.
