My Article on "Elpipes as the Backbone of an Asian Grid" published

The November issue of the Chinese Journal of High Voltage Engineering is a special English Language edition consisting of invited papers which are based on original contributions made at the International Conference on High Voltage Engineering (ICHVE 2010). ICHVE was jointly sponsored by MSU (Mississippi State) and Chongqing University. I significantly revised my original 4 page ICHVE paper to make full use of the allotted 8 pages in this paper, "Elpipes as the Background of an Asian Grid."

Something I thought strange, but which shows the importance of deference to authority in China, is that my original maps were altered in the final print version of the paper so that cities were shown but no national boundaries. The version I have posted here includes my original maps, which show national boundaries.
